Vertin is a good medicine for treating middle ear/inner ear patholgy. However, if after two months on Vertin, the problem has not gone away, it is unlikely to be due to middle ear/inner ear pathology.
I note that you are also taking Mibeta and Sensival which are for treatment of migraine and depression respectively. Do you have migraine and depression?! Vertigo, dizziness, instability while standing are often seen in depression as well. Since Sensival is not at an adequate dose, you should meet a good Psychiatrist and start proper and adequate treatment of depression. That itself will resolve vertigo.
