Thalassemia may be due to dificiency of vitamin E ,as research said. And flexseed has vitamin E, so for thalassemia - flexseed is active remedy. It also contains iron , necessary for haemoglobin. The thalassemia patients may take flexseed in homoeopathic doses for unnessary hazards due to eating for long period.
