left kidney appears bulky and shows perinephric fat strending left kidney measures 110*62 mm, there is fullness or left pelvicalyceal system. left ureter is also mildley dilated with mild wall thicking and mild periureteric fat strending and i m diabitic patient this prob i take 1 tablet every night niftran cp 100 mg how i get early recovery for this prob plz sujjest me thnx for ur support sir.
