new in india assurance in TIE UP WITH CITIBANK have a policy for their credit card holders called good health policy, there is a provision to apply for senior citizens [parents].I submitted all relevent documents after a confirmation from them they have declined the insurance ,-THEY DONT WANT OLD PEOPLE .they are lying now saying some excuse or the other how do we deal with such cheats,in this CITIBANK AND NEW INDIA ASSURANCE BOTH have to be blamed for cheating me
HOW DO I GET HEALTHINSURANCE FOR MYPARENTS WHO ARE 64 AND 65 YEARS OLD

I am a central government employye posted at vadodara gujarat, my old aged mother living at Nagpur (Maharashtra). now i want to avail the facility of CHGS, i want to obtain the cghs card to avail the facility for my familiy including mother. pl let me know the procedure for the same

My mother was insured by ICICI pru life. When she expired, I claim against her life insurance. But ICICI Pru Life had denied with some false clause.
When I have claim in insurance ombudsman then judge was also favor of ICICI . Like he was close relative of ICICI. I am ordinary student , when I want put my point, ombudsman’s judge never agree to listen my point. He was always favor of ICICI professional guys. and till date I did not got solution.
