srmcurology 03 Oct 12 12:25 PM Very well thought of piece. Most data from primary health centre is fudged as is the data from Anganwadi center in villages. God knows what is the quantum of funds that gets siphoned out of the system and where does it eventually gets parked. What a colossal scam...probably mother of all corruptions..
