When I came to south africa I knew nothing about HIV/ AIDS as I always worked and stayed in affluent Muslim middle east countries. I was very nervous to deal with this patients . I arrived here in 2008 and started working in a dist. hospital and started looking after HIV/ AIDSclinic in a rural area. Now it has become an spot diagnosis to me.
