Getting fit does not necessarily need a gym membership or an elaborate home gym. You can exercise any where even with a busy schedule. Keep a swiss ball or a stability ball, in your living room. Whenever you are watching TV sit on it rather than on a chair and as you sit and balance yourself on the ball you end up working on your abs muscles. Keep a resistance band near to yourself and you can get an entire body work out while watching TV.
