Most of us are counfused with leading a normal life and involvement in spiritual matters.especially with youngsters involved in spiritualism.Just beacause one is involved in spiritualism,he or she does not have to feel guilty about leading a normal life.The problem arises when one portrays to be to god and has given up his wants and desires to be a sanyasi.But his subconscious thoughts has not accepted it ,there is battle of the id and ego.ultimately all the suppressed feelings emerge and allows... It's true that we suppress our feelings at every stage of life and one day it dominates us, but then expression of our feeling might lead to suppression of someone else,s feeling. How to have a win-win situation?
