The x-ray showed compression on C5-C6 and i had severe pain in my neck and left hand. Now the pain is gone. It is just that the nerve gets blocked and has to open up and the inflamation in the body has to be cured. So the medicines i took worked on opening up the nerve block and reducing inflamation. Since they were a combination of ayurvedic and suddha medicines it took about 2 months to find a noticeble difference and after 3rd month of taking medicines the pain subsided about 80%. I took these medicines for 6 months now. I dont have pain anymore. I dont know about any siddha clinics in delhi or chennai. I am from Bangalore. Onother advice i would like to give people with cervical spondylosis is that please stop eating food which tastes sour. This was the condition given by the guru who gave me the medicines. No tomatos, No tamrind, no citrus fruits, no curd, no chicken, no egg. As far as possible have bland food.
