Obesity is characterized by the excessive weight gain. The extra fats deposited in the body start making a negative impact on the other body processes. This is how obesity is caused. Excessive intake of the fats and carbohydrates results in excessive weight gain, which further on leads to the obesity. Lack of physical activity is another reason that contributes towards the occurrence of the obesity in men. Obesity is observed to be one of the most widely spread abnormal health condition. Nearly 40% of the Americans suffer with this disease. Various other reasons like stress, depression, sleep Apnoea, and tensions contribute indirectly towards the occurrence of the obesity.
