How would I find out if it is available in the UK? If not, would it be performed in europe? if so where?

This looks more like a giant condom... i don't know if i'd want that installed through my mouth. I don't know why everyone's getting so excited about this anyway, it's just like the lap band. People are going to realize that it's not meant to be permanent, and after they have it removed, their weight will shoot back up to where it was before they got the procedure done.
