Parents, DON"T be fooled by this! If you'd like accurate information about the dangers of CCA wood playgrounds, do your research. CCA wood IS a known carcinogen. CCA wood was banned in 2003 and it is highly recommended that children DO NOT play on these structures. Is any risk worth it? Arsenic and chromium are linked to many forms of cancer, autism, respiratory infection and the list goes on. The hundreds of articles I have read completely contradict this lame attempt at helping corporate Amercia and our lumber industry. Will you believe a medical doctor or a dentist when it comes to your child? I strongly urge you to research CCA wood playgrounds and their dangers.
