3-parent IVF, or Mayan Sacrifice IVF? "Two fertilized eggs" is another way of saying "Two EMBRYOS" are required. Obviously the mitochondria from one embryo is taken and put into the other, but what happens to the first embryo? How is the mitochondria extracted? DOES THE EMBRYO SURVIVE??

In vitro fertilization is beneficial treatment for infertile people. This technique has widely adapted all over the world due to its simple approach. Basically the man’s sperm and woman’s egg are combined together in laboratory for forming embryo. The embryos are then placed back inside women’s uterus to grow.

The success of this technique has largely seen in Israel’s hospital as they consist of high tech equipments like embryo scope time lapse system, good medical culture for embryo safety etc. which help doctors to choose right embryos for implantation.

Now there is advancement in the technique that uses DNA from three people to have child which prevent serious mitochondrial diseases that usually passed on from mother to child.
