HOT FLASHES

My name Is Bermie. I am 41 years old and I am going through the premenopause. I am going through depression and headaches and taking a product called Amberden, which helps me. I also have body aches and need some encouragement. I am a christian and do not sometimes find people to talk to.

I don't think it is premenopause. To my knowledge this is hormonal imbalance in the initial stage. You should visit a proper gynecologist, who will check you and give you a course of medicine which should cure you. Or an Ayurvedic doctor can help you out and you can also start doing yoga which will help you.
