Dr. Abbas. If the child is of an age when they can follow instructions, I can give you an exercise that the child can do. Within days or weeks the nightmares and night terrors will go away. I have experience of such cases in adults. So I can advice you on it. Usually a child in early teens will be able to follow instructions easily (under the supervision of parents).So let me know.
