Primary Amenorrhea

Primary amenorrhea is a condition when a girl has not started menstruating by the time she is 16, even though other signs of puberty, like breast development and the appearance of pubic hair, are normal. Besides hormonal abnormalities and other illnesses, low body weight or obesity, stress and rigorous exercise can cause primary amenorrhea.

Treatment of Primary Amenorrhea?

AoA/ hello every one here!
Hope all are doing well.
I have a question related to the treatment of primary amenorrhea. What kind of treatment any one is taking?, plz share. Is taking estrogen is beneficial or it has side effects. Also, what kind of specific medicines/supplements should we take for our bones health? I am 30, should I start taking estrogen or taking care of bones health would be enough for normal health. Please discuss and share your experiences and information. May Allah bless us with long, healthy and normal life. Thanks
