Hello, one of my cousins who is 21 yrs of age has diffused hyperpigmentation all over her elbows extending to half of her forearm. She had used hair removing creams some 2 years back. She consulted a dermatologist, and he had prescribed sunban lotion on the hands before going out in sun. She used it for three months but had no improvement. She is very annoyed and wears mostly full sleeve dresses to hide it. Is there any laser treatment or any other effective method to treat it?
