i am askin this for a friend......what could be the cause for sudden ( within seconds) painless loss of vision in a single eye (right) in a 27yr old primigravida? now she is 5 months pregnant . she has earlier had no similar episodes. She doesnt have any significant medical history...nothing whatsoever, except a Deviated nasal septum for which she hasnt got operated yet though she has slight breathing difficulties when supine..kindly reply

I am 23 years old. I have an abortion in aug 2009. and then i didn't get periods for 4 months. then i got a loop by a doctor in feb 2011 because my endometrium is thin. i used some pills of estrogen and progesterone to get periods. then my condition is normal now. that is i am getting periods for 36 days cycle. I am continuing my loop now also. i am planning to remove my loop in aug 2012 because i am in abroad now. so i cant remove my loop in this year. is it possible to become a pregnant in the next year itself. Suggest me please. What about my condition now. suggest me

I had heart attack on 20th july and Bilateral Femoral Embelectomy was performed.I have recovered dramatically from kideny failure and 40 days stay in ICU.Now I am on different medicines --Ecospirin, Clopitab, Cardivas , Nervegen, , Acetrom ,Rosuvas and urimax.
Total Cholesterol is now 133 and other sysmes are normal. Can I reduce the medicines eg Clopitab, Rosuvas and urimax?Ejection factor is 35 % . How i can go back to 45 -50% ? I am following very strict diet and exercise regime and wish to write a book on the subject. Thanks.
