Omega-3 fatty acids like fish oil and vegetable helps the body adapt to stress, reducing oxidative damage caused by stress. Other foods that have Omega -3 are soy- beans, tofu, some nuts and seeds like walnuts, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds.
