first thing first do you have diabetic check, why you have high B.P, now you are taking epin and atenji for heart, for past 1 year so now do you have erectile disfunction ? or pre ejaculation as these are side effect of medicine. ask your dr for change or ask for diagnose why having high B.P there sure must be reasion. now supradyn is multi vitamine you can take for one month. my only doubt is with heart medicine need to know the cause, do check for diabetes, thyroid, and urine culture.
