A 5 month old girl presented with retention of urine for 1 day and something coming out through introitus. On exam there was suprapubic swelling which persisted even after catherization and evacuation of urinary bladder and a clot-like material protruded through the introitus. The girl was taken to the operation theater and under general anesthesia examined again.
