You still want your regular dose of exercise but you’re not a gym bunny, and swimming laps in the pool is just too monotonous.  Joining a dance class is the best option.  So put on your dancing shoes and grooves to the music. Like singing, music and painting it is good talent too. It is yet to pick-up on our clubs, colleges and schools because it is considered one of the performing arts. May be our genre-next is coming out of that inhibition. Also, Some people may get really addicted to it.
