Anxiety Disorder

Anxiety is the abnormal fear or reaction towards any stress which the person can normally handle. A patient is anxious or apprehensive and may show signs like sweating, palpitation, dry mouth, dizziness, nausea, loss of appetite, frequent urination, and difficulty in swallowing.

My mother always keeps worrying about little things. She is very anxious that tasks should be performed immediately and is also very impatient. Is this the anxiety disorder. How do we know that anxiety is a disorder and not a normal phenomenon and when should we seek help?
