alternative to itraconazole

I Am facing severe problem of fungal infection near penis area,

Due to that...also some times itching on the face.

Please give me advice to treate such severe infection. i had course of 3month itraconazole....but within 4 months re apear the infection.

My dear friend, the best way to get rid of fungal infections is cleanliness. Keep the infected areas clean, dry and moist-free. Apply the prescribed creams/ointments on regular basis and you will surely be fine in quick time.
