Low Cholesterol Diet

While fat cannot be totally banished from the food we consume, it is possible to try and lower the bad cholesterol that causes hardening of arteries and heart disease. One good step would be to pot for mono-saturated fat (MUFA) over polyunsaturated Fat (PUFA) on examining food labels.

true thats why its better to avoid chcolates,butter,milk products too since they contain animal fat not needed ...ripe fruits and cereals are d best...all animals products even milk is not good..or honey...
