i am 20 yrs old and i hav a stone of 8 mm in my left ureter what should i do? can it be removed normally or i need an operation..?hoping to find an answer here

i am 20 years old. Its about 5 years since I took pencilin for fever.I just had a little pain in my knee joint. Should I continue to take it or is it enough? Kindly suggest to me what I should do?
