many sophist femme shun breast feed cos of the cosmetic breast sag.This is prevented by keeping the baby head as above as poss at or in the armpit level while at breast.it is my observation in many tribes who tie-wrap up the baby. .

I nurse my daughter, and have found that even the best techniques can still leave you with sore nipples. Once the nipple is tender, it's best to usea nipple cream to help the healing process.

its said if the child is having a cold & cough a mother should not eat fruits like orange, banana,grapes custard apple

my breast pain after touching or pressing hard,after feeding my baby enough then also it pains,i had consulted my doctor about this problem she advised me to feed properly n to keep free the breast nerves,i followed her advised n i don't keep my breast engorged but then after also my breast pains,is it normal or some problem please adive me something from this pain
