I must wonder on a conclusion based on handedness as a means of determining dominance.Historically parents and teachers have coersed people to use there right hand over the left and even the famous Author Dr Spock encouraged the practice .True dominance comes from the brain and alot of those right handers in our society show traits in writing of poor fine motor skills ,visual learning preferences and high creativity indicating right brain dominance .Handedness has never been a good indicator of brain dominance

My 6 year old son has left sided hemifacial microsomia and microtia and is left handed. He also prefers to kick a ball with his left leg. I always wondered if this leftsidedness was linked to his condition. I will pass this study onto his teachers at school.
