Suggest me to get relief from stress!

Hi,

I was in the same situation a few months ago and in the most probability it is because of over-exertion as you said. I used natural ingredient health-pads from though I felt nauseous initially but I sure had a sound sleep afterwards. The anxiety and dizziness is all gone. It works excellent for work related stress & tension. Health pads also help to relieve fatigue, joint pain, headache, skin rashes and many other health problems. I am sure this will help you.

Take care, bye!

I would recommend seeking further medical advice from the same or another physician. Or head to the nearest emergency room if you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency.

When stressed, easiest thing is go for a walk either alone or with some one who will lend an ear to your woes. While walking, review your situation, make decisions at your pace and in your style. Definitely your situation will improve. Other than this, you can do things which othes are suggesting, like exercises, yoga, meditation etc.
