I AM 34 HAVING TWO CHILDREN.THE YOUNG ONE IS 11 MONTHS OLD.AFTER MY SECOND DELIVERY I FEEL VERY TIRED AND FIND IT VERY DIFFICULT TO DO HOUSE CORES.ALSO NOW I AM VERY EMOTIONAL NOW.WHEN I WAS PREGNANT I COULDN'T TAKE FOOD DUE TO VOMITING AND ALL TILL 8 MOTHS.I TOOK ONLT A LITTLE WATER ALL THOSE MONTHS!NOBODY COULD BELIEVE THIS BUT IT IS TRUE.EVEN I HATED WATER!SMELL OF MY SURROUNDINGS.THOSE WERE SLEEPLESS NIGHTS!PLEASE HELP ME HOW TO GET RED OF TIREDNESS.I ALWAYS FEEL SLEEPY BUT CANT SLEEP.

uice, soft drinks and the likes aren’t what you should be consuming if you are tired. You see, dehydration reduces the blood volume which creates fatigue. Those other drinks are full of sugar which actually causes dehydration. Water is king, so make a habit to drink a glass of water whenever you feel tired. While I work, I always have a full glass next to me. This is the best way, because if you have to get up and get water, you will never remember it, especially while you are working intensively.
