at the beginning of the article it mentions "walnut-rich diet" which is a totally useless statement. maybe i should have read further to determine the dosage of walnuts optimal for their health benefits. unfortunately i think they would consider cups full as that optimal. i try to eat a handful a day with a square of 82% cacao dark chocolate daily and to he11 with what food nazis say. then i tried to determine how much of a dose of hemp oil i should take. plenty of the same nutritional information available from sites usually having a financial interest in the product but no recommendation on dosage. i try to eat healthy but all the contradictory and self serving information from someone claiming to be an "expert" probably only contributes to my depression i medicate for.
