well I am 56 man running my business, I go out dancing solid 3 hours 4 times weekly, do my 100 set ups, and 50 press ups daily, eat fruits and vegetables, and once a month meat, no smoking, drinking, or drug taking, and look 20 years younger than what I am, I exercise rope skipping once every other day. Who needs pricy gyms?
