thank you for this article. I have felt chest pain for the past 10 days since the bushfires started. Although I am 2 hours away, yet the smoke have clouded our city and nearby areas. I have emailed my group at COPD and advised me to stay outside. I also have emphysema and I was scared that it had gone worse. This article confirmed to to me that people who have asthma can get chest tightness and pain. Thank you for this.
