Nobody would suggest paralyzing the abdominal muscles in order to have a better "six pack." When is somebody going to investigate the long-term effect of using one's facial muscles much less than is normal? I have found that doing facial exercises makes my face much firmer and improves my skin. What does Botox do after many years use if the underlying muscles have become more slack and weak?

I can't agree more with you Lynne. This is exactly what we women should be doing exercising our face muscles to keep our neck and face taut and keep our skin glowing. I found your comment very encouraging

perma and lynn, i think you are very hurtful in your comments and not thinking of the millions of women with pyscosilactic facial droop. PFD is a serious condition and women like me have no choice but to use botox in order to maintain a youthful appearance. I have dried mango sub derm injections, acupuncture and permanent make up but nothing has restored the beauty i once new prior to the onset of PFD like the botchulism virus. At this point, I have taken so many mango and botox shots that my face would literally melt without it. PFD is no laughing matter.
