I am an American Fish Farmer who is relocating to the Philippines. I want the RP Government to use FISH to control Dengue Mosquito and other parasites. Gambusia Mosquitofish in rice fields and ponds. And Redear fish to eat Snails that cause parasites. I do not wish gain from this or to personally sell the fish I just want to help.
