I am 40. If considering the above table, I invest Rs. 6464/- per annum for 240 months (Silver plan) when do I start getting back Rs. 20,000/- per month and for how long?

As per teleshopping consultant I deposited the amount by cheque through cheque collector] for tata aig general insurance ltd. But I am not able to get any information about my policy from your end. Let us know the how to get the same urgently as the amount deducted from my account. An early action in this matter is highly appreciated.

I issued a Cheque of Rs. 14,051/- for TATA AIG General Insurance Co Ltd on 28th December,2010.
I am yet to hear from them about my Insurance Policy.

The papers sent to policy holders must include Form for claim in the event of necessity. Otherwise, it amounts to intentional delay in making obligatory pament as the premium has been collected in advance. Withholding claim form amounts to making aspersons or doubting a client a cheat. This is not permitted by law i.e. burdening an honest client as a "suspected cheat". It is a two way process.
