is ther any treatment other than operations it means any medicines.....or injections?

I am 60 yrs old I have hydrocele. had my doctor look at it and said I would be ok. Is therd a process for drainage of the fluid, and usually how long does the procedure last. thanks robert.

MY HYDROCELE SURGERY FINISHED I WEEK BEFORE. AND MY DOCTOR GIVE ME SOME MEDICINE ALSO. BUT TILL AT THIS TIME MY BALLS ARE MORE BIG THAN BEFORE. WHY IT HAPPEND LIKE THIS.
