Hi,For the last one month, my left eye lid was blinking on its own for every 10 min.and i cant able to view the distance letters , in theartes also the screen is like blur(not clear image).If i wore my friends spec, i can see properly.My age is 25, weight 57kgs and height 5ft 11 inch.

I am having negative power for my eyes. But most peoples are telling me to eat vitamin (green leaves,beetroot,carrot). is it right? How to improve my eye-sight?
