The Cabbage Diet

The cabbage diet involves eating as much cabbage and drinking as much water as you want every day for one week – and very few other things. Proponents claim it can help you lose up to 10lbs (almost 5 kg) in a week. But because the diet is so restricted, it is not safe to follow for more than a week.
