The Mediterranean Diet

The Mediterranean Diet is a take-off on the traditional food patterns of Greece, Crete and southern Italy. It lays emphasis on the consumption of fruits, vegetables, legumes, cereals and dairy (in moderate amounts).

Speak to people who’ve taken the diet.
