does ombudsman help in debit card theft issue where the debit card is used after it is lost and can ombudsnam have any role in reclaiming the amount lost by the use of that debit card

ICICI lombard sales people gave me false promises and made me to take a policy, She also said she will cancel it for me within 2 weeks (if i dont like) without any cost. She said she is from ICICI. After I requested her to cancel, after 2 weeks she told it is cancelled already. But till now it is not cancelled. And lombard people ask me 7200+ Rs for cancellation. Can this issue be put in front of Ombudsman for justification? Please met me know.

I would like to know the judgment of Supreme Court of India on the pre-existing diseases on Health Insurance. It is understood that there is certain Supreme Court ruling/judgment on pre-existing diseases under clause 4.1. some time during June 2007. Kindly let me have a copy of the same as I could not locate the same from the available Newspapers.

For Obmudsman - India
The Procedure is very simple. The complaint can b written in a plain paper and b submitted. If d complaint falls within d terms of reference, the forum will issue specific forms 2 d complainant.
There is no fees/charges that need 2 b paid 2 lodge a complaint.
1 year from d date of rejection by d insurer or from receiving d Insurer's final reply 2 d complainant's representation.
d maximum limit 4 d amount under dispute is Rs. 20 lakhs.
