i am 23 years old girl.my hight stop in age 15.i try streching exercise but not responce my hight.if there is anr possibility of growing taller after this age so please suggest me

hello if your truly 23 years old there are many ways you can keep growning try to do more exercises and always het sleep because i know that us adults almost ever get enough there is a small possibility that you will grow anymore but good things come in small pacages keep that in mind

Hey. I'm a 14 year old girl and im 5'4 or 5'5 and I do not like my height. I think that I am way too tall for my age. MY mom is 5'2- 5'3 and my dad is around 5'9. However, my 17 year old sister is 5'2. I want to know if I will stop growing now because I am taller than alot of boys and I that is embarrassing. But again, Freshman boys are pretty short, cuz they dont grow as fast, but still. [ sorry to the boys out there] Can somebody please help me! Thanks ;) :) I really hope I have reached my full height!

I am using Growth-Sinerama Wmx. I don’t know how they came up with this formula, but it’s made a huge difference in my overall perception of the world and I could be more excited about finally being as tall as I’ve always wanted to be. I am strong, confident, and ready to take on the world, thanks.
