Dear sir/Madam, i mis Nikhat Surve working with HDFC CLCM department in HBL Global, i am newly employed on May 30, 2012, i hospitalised my mother in satyam hospital on july 08, 2012 located in Koparkhairne in emergency i want to claim for the reembersment as my mother is dependent on me please reply as soon as possible wether i can claim for her hospitalisation.

I got married last year and I want to add my wifes name as insured person through my ESIC for her pregnancy.

I'm varma and my father had leg injure, due to infect doctor's cut the leg. I join my Father in the cooperated hopital [not in the ESI list]due to emerency, can i claim the bills to ESI, if yes please provide me the details.

Yes Mr Varma you can avail the treatment from any hospital in emergency cases. If your case is genuine you can claim the amount from the ESI Dispencery

ESI Inspectos are totally corrupt and they do not cover the coverable units and cover the non coverable units.One Nagaraja and Gajanana ESI inspectors of Bommasanadra Regional Office are corrupt and have covered small and tinu units with 4to 5 employees by force.They send notice saying the unit is covered for the last 5 years and insist on inspections and starts exhortion.ESI should be made optional.Both Employers and Employees should be comfortable to coverage.Govt. cannot force anyone who is not interested.Pay for Cashew and get peanuts.ESI and hospitals are horrible and so are ESI inspectors.

One Gajanana and one Nagaraja ESI inspectors are notorious.They have covered small and tiny units with retrospective years of 5 years to 6 years and have recovered contributions,interests and penalty to the tune of few lakhs.They collected bribes saying they will help the owners.ESI inspections,coverage and inspections are all farce and ploy to exhort monies from samll and tiny units.ESI should be made optional.Thee should not be any force.We pay fortune as contributions and get yenth rates treatment services,To get ones identity cards one has wait for years.What is the purpose of this white elephant dept. with aged and useless inspectors.All are corrupt in this dept.,
