Hi Doc,
I ejaculate within 20-40 seconds from penetration. I am suffering with this problem from more than 20 years. I am 53 yrs on medication high cholesterol. In fact, I never experienced more than 60 seconds. Sometime, I tried withdrawal technique. But as soon as I entered again, I felt urge to ejaculate. Pl. suggest.

Your problem is so common that you'll be shocked. It's also curable and doesn't require medicine or therapy.
