I have a condition called lymphomatoid papulosis which is an ulcerative condition of the skin. the lesions appear and disappear over a period of weeks. They look like mini volcanoes with a crater in the middle. I initially thought they were spider bites until a biopsy confirmed LyP. The condition is histologically malignant but clinically benign. Might be worth querying with your doctor.

Hello,

I went to Malia in July 2009, I fell asleep in the sun for four hours got really bad sun tan and it scabbed up.

I did pick a tiny amount of the scab off, I also have hypo pigmentation a white patch on my leg due to the sun.

It has now been nearly 10 months and the scab marks are still there a bit and the white patch is better, but all of it hasn't gone away.

I do use Bio-oil everyday and sometimes exfoliate these areas.

I am wondering will the colour of the hypopigmentation return back to normal and will new skin cells come up to heal the scab mark?

Many thanks
